Ordering and shipping was great, the down side to these boots that they are on the heavier side, for a 5'1 petite women they are heavy!
When I got these boots they were a grey and blackish blue plaid. They didnt look at all like the photos. When I emailed customer support they said there can be "slight variations" in the colour but that I received the right boots. Very misleading advertising. It has been 10 days since they received my return and still haven't issued a refund. Very poor service, I won't order from them again.
Comfortable, easy to put on and no water leaks so far (7 days into wearing them everyday)

Love the muck boots. Fit my orthotics really well. Did need to add a thin insole under my orthotics as there was half a centimeter gap. Overall good quality and would purchase again

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.
