I bought a pair of boots last year and they were great for most of the year. Eventually they started to allow water in the through the bottom so Much Boots was kind enough to offer me a replacement pair, but only after performing a test (I guess to make sure that I'm not a liar) and then after sending them photos of the boots being destroyed (I guess so that no one could ever use them again for any dry work).
Do I appreciate the replacement boots? Yes.
Do I wish they hadn't failed in the first place? Also yes.
Do I resent the time it took and the hoops that I had to jump through to get my replacement boots finally sent to me? Very much yes.

I have a wide foot but a couple days of stretching with two parts of sock they fit perfect.
Very comfortable to walk around in. It is designed to fit snug you need to keep that in mind.

Tried and tested these a lot since all the reviews mentioned dog walking which is what I wanted them for. They are simply the most comfortable dog walking shoe Ive ever worn and totally waterproof too. Five stars all the way.

Great boots. Fit is really good, slightly on the large size. Very long laces which I wrap around the boot. Still waterproof after many dog walks.
