Lovely quality and true to foot length but far too narrow for my feet and very heavy

Boots are good but if I pay for next day and I expect it or an email saying sorry with a offer of a refund for postage. I ask why this is through email with no reply. So a big fat zero for customers service. __

I wanted a pair of water proof light weight warm boots that I could easily put on and off and that’s what what I got with theses boots. They are very comfortable and convenient. Easy to put in and take off warm and big and cumbersome like most winter boots
