Beware the predatory buy now button on shop app!!
I have bought these boots several times now. I walk dogs for a living. I get it, I am hard on footwear. These last maybe two seasons for me, probably 5 for you which is decent. The weak spots are: cracking at the bend points at ankle or above heal, and the sole coming off, one pair just a little at the heal, the other pair the entire sole broke loose from heal to mid front on one boot. After an extreme amount of walking they develop wear spots on the inside right through the neoprene to the rubber below which will then grab your socks and give you burns on your heals. That's when I buy a new pair. They're unsalvageable at that point and I got my money's worth.
The PROS: I love them. Super WARM, and they are the everything boot, as in, you can walk through any puddle, mud, snow, most icy surfaces, get velcro attach ice spikes at lee valley when needed for freezing rain.
They are decent boots, I have given a 5 star review before.
My issue is to do with the sales platform. I was going to buy them again, however, don't do what I did. I accidentally hit the buy now button on my phone in the shop app while trying to apply a discount code. It was insta-buy, no confirmation, no option to cancel. I emailed support and they told me my order was unfulfilled and they can't cancel orders once confirmed, which was immediately with the buy now button. We will forward your request to a human. Great, AI. Did it forward it? Dunno, never got a response.
My card was charged full price the moment I accidentally touched that button and they mailed the boots to me anyways, no response from a human at customer support.
No worries, I'll return them. Free right? WRONG. Free shipping but they keep the tax. So now I'm out $36 for a mistake from a predatory button. This 'buy now' button is removable from your page according to Shop support. It's there to boost sales, but it has lost you this repeat customer.
After this fiasco, I ended up deleting the Shop app on my phone. It can't be trusted to host my credit cards because there is ZERO option for me, the cardholder to disable the buy now function on my end.
Never again!
I love these. They are warm during our frigid winters and pretty slip-proof! However, after just 1 winter's use, the whole sole came off one boot. My husband managed to glue it on and it has held pretty well for a couple of months; however, now the bottom most portion of the sole at the toe has come unglued, so we're now trying to remedy that situation. I don't want to have to pay for another pair when everything else is fine on them.

Amazingly comfortable and warm and have good grips.
I have had these boots for a few weeks in extreme cold with heavy ice to walk on. These boots have an amazing grip ( no slips or falls). They also have kept my feet warm in -40*C weather temperatures. I recommend these boots to anyone for working and playing. I am delighted with functionality of my Arctic Muck boots.
