Great boots

Moving to the West Coast has meant buying different types of clothing and boots. These are great boots for the sunshine Coast in BC.

Top too tight

Once on the boot is very comfortable but you cannot call them slip ons! The top elastic is way too tight, it’s a struggle to even get your toes in and then you need both front and back tabs to pull them on. As a senior it’s a struggle. Will probably loosen up with wear but right now they are a pain to try to get on.

Awesome boots and great customer service

These boots are fantastic - comfortable, easy to slip on, endlessly waterproof. Awesome for dog walking. I originally gave a very low rating because there was a stitching fault along the top hem of the boots. Within a few hours of posting my review, customer service was in touch to rectify things. They were courteous, helpful and offered me a number of options to rectify things. Manufacturing errors happen - I get it. What sets a company apart is how they deal with them. Thanks Muck Boot Company for working with me to resolve things. Much appreciated!
