Ordered these for my girls but the size I ordered was just a bit too big. Would have exchanged but they were out of the sizes we needed. Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. It has been over a month since we returned and still haven't received our money back and can't get through the phone lines for any customer service. Not sure I would risk buying boots again from this company even though we absolutely love our mucks in this family!
