I bought two pairs of boots since my feet are between sizes -- so I bought the size below and the size above. The size above was too large and the size below was too small.
I returned both boots at the same time mid way through December of 2025 and was told to expect a 10-15 business day for the return to go through. It was also the holiday season so I was flexible and wasn't worried when Muckboot sent me an email reassuring me that there was a high volume of returns and that my money was on its way.
A few weeks later, still no reimbursement. I sent an email once again wondering when I would get my money back. I was again told that "the boots have been received and inspected" and that "we understand the importance of a timely resolution".
In February 2026, 2 months after I received an email confirming that the company had received the returned boots -- still no refund. I sent an email again with a return from Tessa saying "Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand how frustrating this situation has been for you. I am escalating your inquiry to the appropriate team who will review your case and work to assist you further. They will be in touch to provide you with an update as soon as possible."
This was over a week ago now and still I have not heard back nor seen the money.
I am appalled by the time it is taking to process the refund and I find it highly unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone buy from Muckboot. They clearly do not respect their customers, nor wish to be a loyal and trustworthy company.

I really like these boots. They keep your feet warm and dry, easy to slip on and off and great for working around the property.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.
