They did run big - had to exchange for a size smaller...but no problem whatsoever with the exchange process. These are perfect for my messier jobs like picking up dog doo-doo and gardening. These will be great once it starts to snow and get slushy (in WI darn near half of the year...). And good looking to "boot"!

I ordered this and they got lost in shipping. I sent an email to customer service and had a replacement in 4 days. Excellent service. I wear size 8 and ordered an 8. They are a little to big.
Just received my Women's Arctic Sport Ankle Boot in pink and grey and have not taken them off. Adorable, warm, waterproof, and easy on and off. Well done.

For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.
